While cleaning the room we thought of joining Stella's Market, a Car Boot Sales which takes place in Centrepoint, Bandar Utama on the first Sunday of every month. And it was just within walking distance from our hostel. Letting go our preloved stuff could benefit the others and we got the money, why not.
Without further ado we contacted the person-in-charge to book the parking slot and etc. But honestly we were quite shocked with the booking fee but after all we found out bazaars charged almost the same. It was our very first time doing such 'business' and we actually looked forward to it. We didn't hope much but getting back our capital would be satisfying enough. Wait, did I just lie to myself? Anyway what matters most were the experiences and the practice of communication.
We were the only students. As mentioned this was a Car Boot Sales so everyone parked their cars here. Try spotting a yellow luggage behind our stall, that was actually our 'car'.

I remembered a local couple asked us, 'Are those new or second hand clothes?', we said 'preloved' which sounded more pleasant than 'second hand', then he replied, 'Wa second hand clothes also can sell ah then I should bring my clothes here'. Just, lansi people in the world. Anyway we did gain a nice experience and most importantly we earned! I felt glad to have awesome people doing this CollegeStudentsEarnMoney project with me!

Hi febe voon! Thanks for posting this article to share your experience, I'm also thinking of selling my stuff with some friends at the car boot sale. However, I'm not sure who to contact, I couldn't find any info online. My friends and I would be ever so grateful if you could help me out with this?
